详细描述：The Cascaded Integrator Comb (CIC) IP core, or Hogenauer filter, is useful for implementing high sample rate changes in multirate systems. This multiplierless filter architecture is ideal for systems requiring compact filters operating at high sample rates. The core supports from 1 to 32-bit input data precision. It supports decimation and interpolation rate changes between 8 and 16,383. The core has dual-channel (time-shared) support for decimator structures. The number of CIC stages is programmable between 1 and 8.
